"Lock, Stock & Two Smoking Barrels" (1998)
Lock, Stock and Two Smoking Barrels is a 1998 British crime film directed and written by Guy Ritchie. The story is a heist film involving a self-confident young card sharp who loses £500,000 to a powerful crime lord in a rigged game of three card brag. In order to pay off his debts, he and his friends decide to rob a small-time gang who happen to be operating out of the flat next door. The film garnered Guy Ritchie international acclaim, and introduced actors Vinnie Jones, a former Welsh international football player, and Jason Statham, to worldwide audiences.

The film is a remake of the 1975 film Death Race 2000, based on Ib Melchior's short story "The Racer", and stars Jason Statham in the lead role. The remake had been in development since 2002, though production was delayed by disapproval of early screenplays then placed in turnaround following a dispute between Paramount Pictures and the producer duo Tom Cruise and Paula Wagner.

"Transporter 3" (2008)
Transporter 3 is a 2008 action film, and is the third installment in the Transporter film series, as well as the first not to be distributed by 20th Century Fox in the United States. Both Jason Statham and Francois Berleand reprised their roles, as Frank Martin and Tarconi, respectively. This is the first film in the series to be directed by Olivier Megaton. The film continues the story of Frank Martin, a professional "transporter" who has returned to France to continue his low-key business of delivering packages without questions.

"13" (2010) - FILMING
50 Cent, Mickey Rourke and Jason Statham have signed on to star opposite Sam Riley in "13," director Gela Babluani's remake of his French-language film "13 Tzameti." Babluani penned the new English-language story. The original 2005 film revolves around Sebastian, a young man, who has decided to follow instructions intended for someone else, without knowing where they will take him. When he reaches his destination, he falls into a degenerate, clandestine world of mental chaos behind closed doors in which men gamble on the lives of others men.

"The Expandables" (2010) - PRE-PRODUCTION
"The Expendables," which Stallone wrote, will be joined onscreen by Jason Statham, while Jet Li is in final negotiations to join the actioner. Pic follows a team of mercenaries on a mission to overthrow a South American dictator. Lensing starts in February in Costa Rica and Louisiana.
